Functional Group Table with Formula

Functional Group

We’re going to create a new functional group table, just like anything else. The user will be using a Google Docs account, using Google Apps for Business in particular.

Desktop – Please create a new server or call the file on your desktop. It should look like a .onkext file, with extra buttons.

Cloud -We can create a new Google Docs account, or set the email on a Globus account to send a .zip file.

Profiles: There are two ways to create a profile for this table. The traditional way is by creating an app in iTunes, or something like that. The modern way is “automation”. If you install any of these apps your profile will be created automatically.

Profile Features: The main feature of any new functional group table is the ability to add things to your table. Like everything else, it is your own choice but there are several options that can be selected to add things to your table.

Democracy or “Get your own way”: If you create a group which you think conforms to your own private ways and wants to control who is added to it, this should not be viewed as a democracy but liberty, as someone will always disagree with your way of doing things and your view on privacy.

Monitors:

We’re going to make sure that random instances of our WordPress-hosted blog will be added as watchlists to each functional group table. This will prevent us from doing anything to the table while it is being set up (e.g. add someone who is not invited).

Publishing: We’re going to be publishing all the tables we set up as part of the process into another table (we will be using the settings option).

One thing to watch out for is if someone changes something about the next file, we’ll probably override that if it is not now found to be the primary context file.

Scope:

To be included in this group table, you have to have previously specified it as a functional group. If you add something that is currently not included, it will not be published

Content:

This is where most of the important content and changes will be made since the main feature of the group is getting more people on there. New items can be added, deleted, or shared, which is another strong part of it.

Evaluation

We have opted for using ServerSumo so that we can have a higher review system for each table. If any changes are made or delete is done, we can enable or disable it so that we can continue to have a high review.
